Weaker than expected Existing Home Sales data has helped Mortgage Backed Securities (MBS) this morning.  No further economic data will be released today. Mortgage pricing has slightly improved as a result.

The market closed Friday with a SIGNIFICANT IMPROVEMENTto pricing.  Friday's SIGNIFICANT IMPROVEMENT netted a change of 25 basis points (bps).

Existing Home Sales came in worse than expected. Further proof that is market is not ready to even TALK about Tapering! Charts look good. I am looking for a test of the top of the channel, 101.80.
