The market closed Friday with an IMPROVEMENT to pricing (and will typically warrant a pricing adjustment by most Lenders). Friday's IMPROVEMENT netted a change of 15 basis points (bps).

Here is Dan's video for today:

A disappointing and surprisingly low ISM number is helping prop up Bonds.  However, we saw a big increase in construction spending which will most likely cancel out some of the markets exuberance.

I'd look for more more sideways activity until we move closer to the Employment numbers later in the week.  The charts still feel a tad bearish to me, so I'd watch those employment numbers carefully
